Control Seal manufactures its inhouse developed products in the production facility located in Appingedam, The Netherlands. All below mentioned activities are done inhouse in one facitlity.

Our Engineering Department designs valves according to customer specifications. Control Seal uses the most advanced engineering software - 3D CAD, revision management software, PDM, work preparation software.

Control Seal has its own inhouse machining facility. Control Seal uses an advanced 3D CNC manufacturing system to produce all products on an expected high precision quality level. Control Seal uses highly advanced 3D Quality CNC precision measurement equipment with accuracy of 0.005 mm to enable the highest quality.

All Control Seal products are assembled by skilled personnel in its own production facility. The best customer support is ensured by service engineers derived from the most experienced assembly workers.

Testing is performed under the supervision of independent inspector. Control Seal can perform special cryogenic testing, fire safe and high temperature testing.

Valves are packed for transport and long time storage in made to order wooden boxes. All wooden boxes are according ISPM15.
