As a Document Controller you are largely responsible for managing project documents for the production of, among other things, data books (e.g. internal test data). You take care of the accompanying documentation that comes with a project and has been contractually agreed with our clients as well as the timely shipment thereof. You are responsible for setting priorities in collaboration with project management and the customer. In this function you also work closely with suppliers, inspection bodies and employees in your own organization (project engineer / managers, purchasing, quality service, production, engineering and sales). The complete flow of information to our clients is also managed and documented by you and if there are missing items, then the department's task is to take timely action.

Job requirements

De Document Controller is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van project documentatie.

The Project Manager Assistant will be responsible for project realization from start to finish.

Job description

De CNC frezer/draaier kan zelfstandig tekeningen lezen, meten en weet hoe te programmeren in ISO, uit te voeren op een Heidenhain, Fanuc of Siemens machine.
De CNC draaier heeft bij voorkeur ook ervaring met het draaien op een carroussel draaibank.
Voor beide functies geldt dat men in staat is om zelfstandig machines in- en af te stellen en verantwoording draagt voor de kwaliteit van de gemaakte producten.
Het betreft over het algemeen middelgrote producten die op 3- of 4-assige machines bewerkt worden, het betreft enkel stuks of kleine series. De gebruikte materiaalsoorten zijn, staal 37 tot inconel en superduplex. De gemiddelde nauwkeurigheid is 0,2 tot 0,01 mm.
